The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Puebla Centro, making it easy to walk around and explore nearby attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

There’s also a lovely café right inside the hotel — perfect for breakfast or a relaxed afternoon coffee. Highly recommend staying here — we’d come back anytime!
