The Manager Adhikari ensures that he meets all the guests atleast once and enquires how was the stay and if we are facing any problems. Also, the 6th floor roof restaurant is cool serving very good breakfast and meals thru out the day. All the staff are exceptional and thats what makes staying in this place a wow experience. I went during the coldest month of Kathmandu (during December) and the bathroom had steaming hot water and having a shower was a luxury. Very clean rooms and hotel.
