Very friendly and flexible staff who helped me with my practical arrangements while I was in town for the Abel Tasman great walk. The dorm was quite basic, but just what you would expect too.

Host was so easy to deal with as an Air BnB. Nothing was a problem and kindly let me have a late check out. This was much appreciated after a busy 4 days in Abel Tasman National Park. Beautiful, quiet location so close to the beach. The washing machine in the unit was perfect for being able to wash tramping clothes afterwards.

The common area was fantastic - lots of seating, board games, arcade machine with hundreds of old games, tv with lots of dvds, etc. Good spread for breakfast, including fresh bread and pastries, eggs, cereal, etc. Lots of fridge and cupboard space for our own food - the only negative was it was a bit manic when everyone was there at the same time in the morning making breakfast. Staff were extremely friendly, including the assistant manager (the cat).

Everything - the location is amazing, right on the beach. The accommodation is really high specification - very comfortable and modern. Everything you need plus extras. Peaceful and great views all around. Would highly recommend - we loved it.
