The staff were friendly and very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We chose to do our hike privately and not with a group tour and Edisson (reception staff) helped us organise the private taxi the day before with no issues. We also left very early one morning at 5am for one of our hikes and the hotel organised a packed lunch for us as we were going to miss breakfast. If you are staying in Huarez, i highly recommend this hotel!

They are so attentive. My flight got canceled and wanted to stay near the airport. We also ran out of money because we were suppose to go back home and there are no ATM nearby. I explained the situation to them and said we would take the public bus back to the airport and they said they would take us back to the airport. They even walked us to the restaurant so we wouldn’t walk alone at night. Breakfast was also amazing. ii can’t describe in words how incredible everyone was to us and how clean and big the rooms are. I highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the airport or want to explore the area.
