Really comfortable beds. You have two pillows and storage on the side of the bed. If you're sleeping near the bed (which was my case) you even get cold at night because of the great working A/C (that's why the blanket is there). Very clean and spotless place. Exceptionally good location just a few minutes walking to Little India or Chinatown, a 10 min. walk to Arab street and a MRT just in front of the place (which it takes to gardens at the bay or airport among other places).

Great budget hotel. Very clean with good facilities. The girls at reception were great, always helpful and friendly. 10/10

Self check-in was quite easy, location is not ideal but it’s ok. Room and especially the bathroom were not very clean

It really exceeded our expectations considering it is an ibis Budget. The hotel is very well maintained, the staff is friendly, the rooms are perfectly clean and even look quite modern and cozy. Location is also superb, considering the many food choices and lots of hipster cafes. I would recommend this place to anyone who looks for an affordable and simple stay.

Ideal location. Although very compact the room had all we needed, it all worked, and was very clean. The duty staff person was helpful.

Room was spotless clean, porter team, cleaning team and waiters were all great. We also had the pleasure to deal with a gentleman at check in desk. Room was not the largest but enough space and comfy, bathroom ok but shower very good. Location makes it for nice walks along the Singapore river (bars & restaurants) and it’s 5-6 min walk to the Great World city mall and hawker center, very convenient!

Facilities were great for a short stay. Location was very close to MRT station. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Singapore. Ideal if you are on a budget.

Definitely value for money! We stumbled upon this for a last min trip and were pleasantly surprised as we were not expecting much for the price. The room was spacious, clean and had the basic amenities. It’s convenient to nearby malls so location was great too. Will definitely recommend! The hotel also offered extended late checkouts for an affordable price too! We ended up checking out at 6pm to make the most out of our trip.

The staff is super nice and friendly. They really know how to make you feel welcome. There's free coffee in the Lobby. The room is kinda small and we didn't have a window, but everything was very clean. The location also makes up for the room size. This hotel is amazing for visiting Chinatown. For authentic and cheap food, the Maxwell Food Center is close by. Definitely worth a visit!
