The garden is well kept and clean. The vibes are sweet, peaceful and kind. The distance between bungalows gives privacy. At a 5 minutes walk through a garden area with a Japanese restaurant in a romantic setting, you arrive at Klong Prao beach where there are relaxing cocktail bars and restaurants, swim and watch the sunset. The main road offers many restaurants, both delicious streetfood and other options incl. Italian, Korean and Greek. There is a Buddhist Temple across the Seven Eleven. Baan Rim Klong offers the perfect central location to explore Koh Chang by scooter, which Bris rents at a very reasonable price. The Staff is very helpful and extremely kind. Each accommodation at the 5-star hotel has pool views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to a shared lounge. The accommodation provides evening entertainment and room service. The hotel is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The details: lovely postcards, hats, sandals, bag to use during our stay to take things to the pool. Breakfast from 7 to 9 in the evening was also something different that we loved. The team working in the hotel was also kind and super helpful.

First: the coffee. As few wrote before, it’s really good. Don’t miss it, really. The staff: honestly this is one of the warmest welcome and stay I had in years. The young ladies from both shifts are very very helpful and really kind, they support with whatever they can and give answers about things on the island. Their attitude vs customers is indeed remarkable. Also they help with good and cheap food location recommendations, pretty cheap laundry service etc. There is a shuttle (golf cart) which can shorten the time to the main street to 2 minutes. Location is pretty close to everything (10mins walk to the main street) but it is somehow secluded, it’s pretty quiet. The beach is literally there, it’s the private beach of the hotel, and you don’t have to worry about beach towels and other beach stuff and accessories, there is even a bag for the beach in the room. The breakfast is not included but they can make some really good sandwiches. Well overall this might be somehow a bit pricey compared to other locations, but it’s kinda worth it - location, staff and new bungalows. For food indeed Good Luck is a good price/ quality ratio, Tom Yum is great here. For cocktails search for Kim’s bar (nearby the first 7eleven). One day book a boat and stay 5-6 hrs on the Koh Wai beach.

To the MOST amazing bed! Honestly it’s out of this world. Spotlessly clean all the time. Sitting on the verandah watching the soaring eagles every morning while eating breakfast. It’s a different world down on the pier. Literally the most peaceful place on the island. Book it. You won’t regret it x

This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Wat Klong Son is 23 km from the guest house and Klong Plu Waterfall is 13 km away. I loved Neeno Hut. You feel fully immersed in the jungle but also can see the ocean. You can hear the sounds of monkeys in the trees, and all the huts have hammocks. There are good places to eat within walking distance and it's also close to Bang Bao pier and fisherman's village. The huts are super clean and the staff are friendly. Definitely would stay again. Also it's great value for money.

A more quiet part of the island but paradisely beautiful nonetheless. Red Moon Hideaway is run by a French family who are not only friendly and joyful, but also very helpful/knowledgeable when it comes to excursion/trips/sightseeing around the island. For anybody looking for a place to stay in the more serene parts of the Island this is without a doubt a 10/10 recommendation Tldr; - Clean/well taken care of rooms - Swimming pool for cooling off - Friendly staff - Beautiful location

Boasting river and mountain views in the background, the lobby, terrace and indoor pool are located right along the river where guests can relax, have a drink or meet friends. During the stay, Watercolours provides a complimentary use of the canoes and kayaks to paddle up or down to the nearest beach - Khlong Prao Beach. I loved the resort the minute I walked in. The location is beautiful. It is a 5 minute kayak ride and a 5 minute walk to a beautiful long beach. The resort is on a river. It is so peaceful and near to town and many restaurants. The river was perfect to swim in with lovely views. Quiet deck with stunning views of the river. The room was amazing, big, well designed, private, and so comfortable. The resort was very peaceful, with the small gardens and nature surrounding the resort. The staff made me feel at home. They were so kind and genuine. The menu was limited as you would expect at a small resort. The quality of the food was excellent. It was OK for me.it was convenient if I wanted to eat the resort. There are many great local restaurants that you can walk to from the resort. A few of them were directly on the ocean. It was a great value for the price. It was so nice I changed my stay at another resort from two weeks to one week to spend another week at Water Colours. I rarely give a 10 for a review. I could not find one thing I did not like. When I visit Koh Chang, I will stay at Water Colours.
