The bathroom was very clean, with both shower gel and shampoo. The bed is comfy but it can be a bit longer, not only for very tall persons.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They adjusted my breakfast time according to my request and schedule for the day- even scheduling it before or after the actual breakfast window. The breakfast they give is also substantial, with fruits, eggs, bread and even a salad. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature are just right. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind after a day’s worth of exploration and adventures, then this is the place to be. It is walking distance to the beach and the Ao Nang Landmark Night Market, with interesting food and finds. It is not in the happenin’ part of town, though (which suits me just fine).

This recently renovated homestay is located 6.1 km from Police Station and 14 km from Lanta Old Town. The homestay features family rooms. We highly recommend Baiyok House! It was close to the sea and many good restaurants/coffee shops! The staff was incredible and so so friendly and helpful. Baiyok herself is so sweet and kind and would do everything to make your stay memorable. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable and the shared space is really nice as well. We also rented a scooter there and it was the best quality we have had so far in Thailand. Couldn’t recommend more!

With local recommendation’s and always a smile. Very clean they are always cleaning. Right in the center and 2 minutes from ferry and 1 from back beach. It’s quiet here since the clubbing bars are down the beach more, loved that. Great little patio outside to eat talk to friends and relax. Loved my stay here. Oh and they have laundry service for cheap.

The bungalow was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The shower was great, and having tea/coffee facilities in the room was a nice extra. The little breakfast plate left outside the door each morning was such a thoughtful touch, and the hosts couldn’t have been kinder, they even came to let us know when our transport had arrived and allowed us to check out later to match our pickup. WiFi was also strong throughout our stay.

ROOMS: super clean, most comfortable bed ever, with quality amazing linens & mosquito netting (but not needed as I wasn't annoyed by a single bug & they LOVE me!) Pool access room is awesome, with nice private porch with table & chairs for dining, playing games & what not. Also lounging type chairs. Smart TV & fridge also in room. Each room has a water heater in the shower so you've got all the hot water you want, or don't want. Easily adjustable. POOL: long, gorgeous, amazing & super clean. LOCATION: ideal. Close to walk to a couple great restaurants, where I ate every meal. 711 down the road & a 5 minute walk to Khlong Khong beach. Long, gorgeous, soft sand, swimmable, with lively beach bars & music all the way down. Oh & perfect sunset spot. VALUE FOR MONEY: Beyond a 10/10 Im not in great shape, nor a big walker, but you don't need to be if staying here. Its just off the main road, so it's peaceful & quiet, while still being close to everything, including a weed shop on the corner. Tuk Tuks easily available, or rent a scooter if you want. I didn't rent a scooter & felt fine getting where I needed to.
