I am completely conquered by Ramira Joy Hotel for it's helpful, complaisant & attentive personnel, for it's attractive location (6 minutes to the Kleopatra beach and 5 minutes to everywhere, the market, shopping center, etc. I have also taken Hurrem's Spa procedure, which was fantastic. And , for any doubts, Kleopatra beach outstandingly gorgeous place to visit!!!The meal was diverse & delicious, dry white Chardonnay is worth trying, the room was cosy & comfortable, everything you need is available with staff assistance. I arrived at night and due to personnel was welcomed and supported. Fresh, clean laundry and towels, all bathroom stuff are completely provided.

A selection of food suitable for the all-inclusive program at the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, especially the fresh salads and vegetables and the special Turkish sweets, such as baklava. The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in the hotel.The cleanliness is spotless, the staff is nice. The beach is not close, but the bus transfer is well organized. Overall, the hotel is an excellent choice, I recommend it.

It features pools with slides, a spa with body treatments, diving and snorkeling equipment. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had everything one would need for a couple nights.
