The staff (especially Serenay) were super friendly and helpful! They really made us feel comfortable during our 4-night stay. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close to the Atatürk Cd. street which has plenty of food options as well as the tram and bus stops. It was also very easy to walk to the Harbour and old town areas.

The property did everything it said on the tin, nice pool, nice staff, was Clean and tidy. Someone came round to clean the room every morning/afternoon.
