We loved exploring the reef at low tide, unwinding by the pool, and enjoying delicious cocktails with a breathtaking ocean view. I would highly recommend spending at least 2-3 days here, as there are plenty of activities to enjoy and discover. 😍

The restaurant is charming and the food is really good - and directly from the restaurant you can watch thousands of little crabs on the beach, when evening comes. Also Safe helped us a lot, with catching the Bus and organizing a Bodaboda to the busstation when we had to leave again. It was a really relaxing and nice time we spent at Ushongo.

It is one hour drive to Saadani national park where you can see all animals but Rhinos and Cheetas. Our safari was a great animal experience with packed breakfast and lunch prepared by Deodatha and her staff. You will be taken care of in the best possible way by Barry, Deodatha, and staff.

We had such a lovely time at Ushongo beach house. It is a very relaxing place, right on the sea front - the sunrises in the morning were stunning. All the staff were so kind - Lucy cooked us amazing food, Rahim was very helpful and Louis made sure that my friend made it to the airport on time, and let me check out late and enjoy my last day. It felt like they went out of their way to make our stay easy and comfortable. Nice food next door also, fresh catch of the day. I'd highly recommend!
