The property was designed by internationally acclaimed interior design firm, Champalimaud and features works of several Hawaiian artists in partnership with The Honolulu Museum of Art public art program. The location is excellent, the view is super. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. AC is silent and efficient. Shampoo/Conditioner works well for repairing the hair after swimming in seas.

Amazing experience, the staff really nice and they gave me some important suggestions about what to visit. The place is a real paradise, quiet , respectful ,clean and definitely a really good price even for the position that was so close to the beach and the main streets . I’ll book again for sure!

Lovely hosts, vibe and everything was very tidy and organized. And they provided even more than I expected… especially the (reef safe) sunscreen and the beach gear was really great. 10/10

Great spot for a couple to relax and enjoy genuine peace, no passing traffic, no noticeable neighbours and no tv. Pool and outside spa were great and the viewing spot near the oceans edge was a delightful surprise.

The property is absolutely wonderful. Nice, natural landscaping that let's you feel immersed in the Hawaiian rainforest. Feels very secluded and private, while also feeling safe and welcoming. Its walking distance to a black sand, clothing optional, beach. I will definitely book here again when visiting the Big Island. I would feel safe here as a solo traveler. Stephen greeted us when we arrived to the property and was so welcoming. I immediately felt at ease in his presence. He gave us a tour and showed us to our rooms, let us know how to reach him if we needed anything. Our smoke alarm was going off one night and he came right over, checked it out and swapped the battery, fixing the problem. I traveled with a friend and we each had separate rooms. The house feels more home like, relaxing front porch, solid wood furniture, and everything you'd need. Both rooms were clean and beds comfortable. At first, I thought my bed may be too soft, but I slept SO good and woke with no pains, feeling refreshed, so it must have been just right. Bath and beach towels were in our rooms, a bathrobe, a list of hosted and local activities we may be interested in, and a little bowl of snacks too. I also appreciated they had sunscreen and bug spray available.

Great amenities, the laundry room of stuff to borrow was great - the cool box was really useful on day trips! Andy was super friendly and provided us tips on local spots to visit and gave us detailed directions and checking in instructions
