The main thing was the very friendly and helpful staff - all of them. The management and the staff have developed a great rapport and clearly enjoy working with one another.

Well located, lovely, welcoming hotel - clean, comfortable with great amenities and bonus ‘kick-back’ food in the evening & tasty breakfast in the morning. Also loved being able to do some laundry & use the fitness centre but by far the greatest assets of this place is their wonderful staff! Elizabeth & the Team were so kind, friendly & helpful & a very special thanks goes out to the delightful Jessica who was all those things and much more! She simply couldn’t do enough to help us, making sure we had all we needed & on learning that we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary & my special birthday, Jessica even went to the trouble of giving us a hand-written card, some chocs, a local postcard & hotel pen. We were so touched & grateful at how this fantastic young woman went above & beyond to make us feel so special & welcome & we send our grateful thanks & wishes for her future health, happiness & success!

This place was outstanding in every regard, very clean, super comfortable furniture and the mattresses were divine, best sleep I had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Sterling & Sage beschikt over een terras, en is gelegen in Chama in de regio New Mexico, op een paar minuten lopen van Chama. Charming, upscale decorating. I liked just walking a short walk to the train yard and depot and dining- never needed my car.
