I injured my back quite badly during my stay whilst out from the hotel, when I came back the staff especially on front desk were so helpful. I’d like to give a particular mention to frank on front desk, I could barely walk and he was kind enough to offer to get my car from the parking lot and bring it to the reception so I could head to the hospital.
