My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay! 👍 The only thing I'd mention is that the hallway could use a bit of a refresh - maybe some extra attention to scent or would make it perfect. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk. Some rooms at the property have a balcony with a city view. The loveliest staff I've ever encountered in a hotel, who also speak great English, which was very helpful. My biggest win was the bed, which was super comfortable and the mattress wasn't rock hard as it often is in Asian hotels. The shower had great pressure, the room was almost perfectly clean (including the kettle), there were multiple pillows, bathrobes of great, breathable material, a quiet air-con (though it had to run overnight to keep the room cool), black-out shades, and Netflix. Breakfast was also pretty good compared to other hotels in Vietnam I've been to.
