He communicated with me promptly and arranged for the hat to be left at reception so I could organize an Uber to collect it and bring it to the airport in time for my departure. This level of care and attention to detail made a lasting impression and highlighted the exceptional hospitality at Urban Elephant. The proximity to the cliff path is yet another striking feature. Will definitely return once back in Hermanus.
