Honestly, everything was great. Upon arrival we were received by taxi services arranged by hotel, ride was great. They have children seats of all ages in a van. Hotel staff are friendly and doing their best to help always. Villa was stunning. We had one with jacuzzi. Clean, kitchenette had everything for your comfort, I mean literally everything. I enjoyed cooking lovely breakfasts and we had them on the terrace. Weather was amazing and we took a ride every day to Playa Flamingo by taxi, from hotel to playa Flamingo it’s only 6-7£ for a ride. Taxi services amazing in this country, average waiting time 2 min. There is a lovely beach nearby. Was a bit worried about departure, because we had to be at the airport by 6 am. Hotel staff booked a taxi for us 1 day in advance and taxi came literally minute into minute. Everything is fantastic and I’ll probably come back there with friends. This time I stayed with mom and my 5 year old daughter. My daughter enjoyed kids swimming pool during the hot hours of the day. We have never been disturbed by any other customers. It’s very quiet. We all got everything we needed during our holiday in your hotel. Thank you everyone! We will be back!

Both inside and outside the property was spacious with all day sun in the private patio area. Beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful. The location was perfect either way a relaxing walk along the promenade to reach the town center. We were delighted with our choice and will definitely return. The host was available on text to answer any questions

Staying at Esther’s place was simply magical. Everything was perfect from the very first moment. The location is a dream, nestled between the powerful ocean (perfect to check the waves first thing in the morning!) and the breathtaking volcanic cliffs behind. You truly feel like you’re living in a postcard. The house itself is incredible: beautifully decorated, extremely spacious (even more than it looks in the pictures), spotless, fresh-smelling, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, actually, probably more than we have at home! Every detail is thoughtfully placed, from the surf ponchos to the small design touches. It’s simply my dream house. Cozy, airy, and filled with light, we felt immediately at home. There is AC throughout the house, contrary to what some reviews might say, and it works perfectly. Everything felt high-quality and lovingly maintained. And above all: Esther was the most wonderful host. From the beginning, she was warm, available, kind, and generous. She prepared lovely little surprises for our arrival, thoughtful touches that made us feel not like guests, but like cherished friends. Her energy is what makes this place even more special. If I could go back tomorrow, I would. Without hesitation. We’ve been lucky to travel quite a bit recently, but I can honestly say these were the most beautiful holidays we’ve ever had. If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. Thank you, Esther, from the bottom of our hearts. If you’re considering booking this home. Do it with your eyes closed, and take care of it. It’s truly a magical place.

The accommodation is better than on the pictures, the view and localisation are amazing (close to the beach, behind the mountains), the house and surroundings are very quiet, and entering into the house is very easy (keys in a box with very precise guidelines). Above all, there is everything in the house for you to enjoy your stay, without being worried about basic needs (amenities like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, washing products, etc.). I came with my family, and the host put a crib with the nice gesture of a teddy bear, among many others. I would gladly come back.
