The bungalow was the cherry on the cake , it was just overlooking the jungle. I would like to say thanks to the kitchen staff for cooking us delicious food. Big praise to Robin for giving us the best entertainment and for welcoming us like family. I want to deeply emphasize that the tour guides engaged by this bungalow are professionals. Amir , our three day jungle tour guide gave us the best information and routes in the Jungle, we managed to see most of the animals that we dreamt of seeing! The food in the jungle was amazing ( thanks dian and hendra). Moreover , the night hike was phenomenal as well , it was conducted by Ipul the "Snake man", the legend himself ✌🏽✌🏽. I loved my stay here! The bungalows are cosy and comfortable, located in a quiet area of forest away (but not too far) from the business of Bukit Lawang centre. There’s also a lovely river swimming spot just 5 min walk away! What made my time here the best was the kindness of Putra, Maya, and Fitraya. They are all lovely and make sure you feel at home. Not to mention, the food is amazing (especially the Chicken Rendang!) I did the 3 day 2 night trek with Putra and had such a fantastic time - he clearly knows a lot and cares for the jungle, it was such an awesome experience. I can’t wait to come back again 🙂 Terima kasih 🙏

Το Sawah Resto Bungalow & Jungle Trekking είναι ένα κατάλυμα σε Bukit Lawang που προσφέρει κήπο. Our stay here was amazing! The room is spacious, bed is comfortable, bathroom also nice and everything is clean. Also the room has a big balcony with incredible view. The staff was also great, we arranged everything we needed through them and it was not a problem. We also booked a one day jungle trek with them and it was excellent. Our guide Dani and his brother were good guides and also very nice people.

We had an unforgettable stay with Imo and Nino. We had originally booked 2 nights and then we added 2 more because we felt at home. The accommodation was perfect and very clean (the bed is super comfortable!!). Nino organized our entire stay, he gave us advice and walked us everywhere, teaching us lots of things. We were able to go to the market with Imo and enjoy afternoons and evenings chatting and cooking together. It was our second family during these 4 days and we are extremely grateful for these good times spent with them. I recommend everyone to stay at Karo Hill and take the time to talk with them because they are wonderful people!! Thank you again for everything, we will not forget you, we can't wait to come back and share a good meal ;)♥️
