We had an amazing time at Orangutan Bungalow! Staff were so helpful. We did the 3 day trek through them which was incredible. We also saw some orangutans on the property and from our balcony.

I loved my stay here! The bungalows are cosy and comfortable, located in a quiet area of forest away (but not too far) from the business of Bukit Lawang centre. There’s also a lovely river swimming spot just 5 min walk away! What made my time here the best was the kindness of Putra, Maya, and Fitraya. They are all lovely and make sure you feel at home. Not to mention, the food is amazing (especially the Chicken Rendang!) I did the 3 day 2 night trek with Putra and had such a fantastic time - he clearly knows a lot and cares for the jungle, it was such an awesome experience. Sawah Resto Bungalow & Jungle Trekking ligt in Bukit Lawang en biedt een tuin. Er is een terras en je kunt er gebruik van maken gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Lovely spacious rooms with gorgeous balcony and view. Rooms were very clean with flushing toilets! Easy walk into town where there’s lots of restaurants and a supermarket. The owner and staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. We felt very safe and welcome here. They cooked us lovely banana pancakes for breakfast and a lovely lunch.

Bungalow Karo Hill is gelegen in Berastagi, op 27 km van Mount Sinabung en biedt gratis WiFi en een tuin met een terras. Sommige units hebben een eethoek en/of een balkon. Fantastic place to stay in Berastagi! Nino and his mom are so incredibly welcoming and kind. Nino is super enthusiastic about showing you all Berastagi has to offer - he is happy to cater it to your interests. He will arrange everything for you and personally take you to most places. Examples: street food tour, agricultural tour, cave exploration, cooking classes etc. If you think of something you want to do, I have no doubt that Nino can make it happen. Both he and his mom speak perfect English. Location of the place is great - close enough to town, but not right in the overcrowded center. Close to the base of Sibyak (we actually ran the trail directly from the house). Room is clean and comfortable, amazing balcony with a great view. 10/10 would recommend.

Kambuna Bungalow ligt in Krui, op een paar minuten lopen van Strand Walur, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. kambuna was super cosy and homely. the team took such good care of us and were super nice people! Wati made sure we were well fed (her homemade bread is delicious) there was construction going on at the property and we’re excited to go back! property was right in fromt of the peak!! epic to check surf all day
