He arranged for us to be picked up from the pier and then driven back there for our return trip. He also borrowed us a kayak and snorkeling masks for free. The experience was unique, just staying with the local people in the village on the river. Very basic, but everything you need. The place is 45 mins walking distance to Lonely Beach, but there is also a local beach, Palm Beach, close by, and we recommend that one, as hardly anyone visits it. There are many good food options around, as well as shops. There is also a cooking stove on the porch, and unlimited potable water.

Set on Saracen Bay in Koh Rong Samloem Island, Pearl Beach Resort & Spa offers accommodation with an infinity pool and a sunken bar just right in front of the beach. A lovely resort right at the sea. The infinity pool and the massage are only examples for the very lovely atmosphere. We enjoyed out time here being spoiled by the very attentive team & manager. The food is delicious and the drinks very well mixed. The bungalow with the patio made even the rain enjoyable an pleasant 😀 All in all a very pleasant & relaxing time at Pearl Beach resort. Big up for the food, that's literally the best Italian food that I had in Asia. You can also rent scooters for a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend and maybe come back ✌🏼

Το Nice Beach Bungalow βρίσκεται στο νησί Koh Rong, σε απόσταση 77μ. από την παραλία Coconut. Το κατάλυμα διαθέτει επίσης εστιατόριο και μπαρ. Everything in this place was really awesome. We took the room with the AC which was a good call since it got quite hot in the afternoon. The bed was comfy. Basic toiletries were given as well, shower had good pressure and heater. Although the first day, the water was spewing brown water but they quickly resolved this issue after informing them. Just a heads up, there were electricity cuts that happened twice but it affected the whole island. They also offer tours. Free snorkelling gear and kayak is available for use too. They also provide beach towels for their guests. You can rent out a motorcycle from them too but the roads are very scary and steep with potholes around some areas so be very careful. The food was lovely, their fruit shakes are absolutely delicious. They also have a free water dispenser. Don't miss out on the sunrise! All the staffs were so lovely and friendly, even gave us farewell bracelets. If you want relaxation, this is the place for you. :)

Situated along the shores of Koh Rong Island, Palm Beach Bungalow Resort offers quiet and comfortable accommodation with views of the sea. This property is perfectly situated on the beachfront for a quiet getaway from the city. The rooms are clean, tidy and basic, we had 2 strong fans and mosquito nets in our room as well as a flushing toilet and a lovely balcony with a hammock. Staff were friendly and helped with all questions. We booked a sunset snorkel through the resort which was amazing! The food is well priced and delicious, and the bar is a fun place to hang, with pool, darts and board games to use for free! 100% recommend!
