Located in Sigiriya, 2.4 km from Sigiriya Rock, Bungalow Resort - Sigiriya provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. We had a wonderful stay at bungalow resort. We loved the location by the lake, it was very peaceful. Kasun and the staff went above and beyond with assisting us with everything we needed during our stay, including transport, food delivery, tours, etc. such genuine kind people who it was lovely getting to know. The kids loved the pool, my husband loved the birds and I loved that everyone was happy!

Offering a garden and garden view, Sigiri Holiday Bungalow is situated in Sigiriya, 5.1 km from Sigiriya Rock and 8.2 km from Pidurangala Rock. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful, we were really grateful because they let us do a very early check in. There is also a restaurant if you don't want to go for food outside. The swimming pool also looks nice and clean but we didn't use it.

Situated in Rattota, 38 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall, Kudaoya Bungalow by Lalan Leisure features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Situated in Dambulla in the Matale District region and Sigiriya Rock reachable within 17 km, Gaia Lake Bungalow Kandalama features accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, water sports... We stayed at Gaia Lake Bungalows for one week and had an excellent time. You can rent the whole villa and enjoy a really unique private experience in this central region of Sri Lanka. The villa is located directly at the beautiful Kandalama Lake (with a stunning view on the lake) and is certainly one of the best locations you can choose for exploration of the cultural triangle between Polonaruwa, Anuradhapura, Kandy and Dambulla, including Sigiriya. Sarath, the private cook will introduce you to the various flavours of traditional Sri Lankan food and Darshi the manager kindly supports any kind of arrangements you may need. We booked the entire villa for only 3 persons but there is plenty of room for 6 persons or even more. Moreover a large swimming pool is available for exercise or relaxation after excursions. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was our second stay at Ashburnham Estate, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. There’s a rare quality to this place—an effortless elegance and warmth that welcomes you the moment you arrive. The landscape is breathtaking, with rolling hills, and quiet, expansive views. Every detail of the experience feels considered, from the beautifully curated interiors to the gentle rhythm of each day. The food was exceptional, and prepared and served with genuine hospitality. Ashburnham offers not just a break from the everyday, but a complete shift in pace. The whole fteam is gracious and attentive without ever being intrusive, and their warmth and professionalism enhanced the sense of calm and care. I travel a lot, and I don’t believe there’s anywhere quite like it, thank you Vish, Daniel and the team! We will return again I’m sure!
