Tanya was so easy to communicate over WhatsApp. She picked us up at the Ferry and gave us rides to the grocery store and downtown. We hired her husband Fernando for a scuba refresher and cenote dive. He was awesome and we want to come back and dive with him again! The bungalow was so clean and spacious! It's bigger than it looks in the photo. The kitchen was perfect with all cooking supplies and coffee french press. There is a fresh clean water dispenser, the shower water gets hot. The private balcony was perfect for eating breakfast. We did need to rent a car to get around the island and also because the bungalow is a few miles away from downtown into the jungle, but driving around was easy and we felt so safe and protected in the jungle. Sorry we had to leave early! The wind caused the ports to close so we were not able to dive off Cozumel, so we went back to Playa early. We definitely will come back to stay with Tanya & Fernando. (And Fernando- thank you for taking us on that AWESOME centote dive with your friend. It was my favorite experience- you guys were so safe and had an awesome chill professional fun vibe! Tanya thank you for the photos!). I am telling ALL my friends about this hidden gem and Adam and I will return someday and dive with you guys more!

It is typically Mexican with so much character. The garden with beautiful flowers, trees and a refreshing pool to cool off in is a haven. Andrea is simply a wonderful person. So kind and was incredibly helpful to us as our car hire did not turn up. She spent hours on the phone for us sorting it out. The breakfast she prepared for us was quite exceptional. I cannot recommend this accommodation and Andrea highly enough.

Everything was amazing from the beginning to the end. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lodge is detailed in every way making the stay the ultimate experience. This hotel is very special and is an absolute destination for couples, families, and even singles who want to enjoy. The food at all the restaurants is superb. I will definitely be visiting again. I want to visit every Coppola hotel.

Surrounded by jungle, Crystal Paradise Resort is located outside of San Ignacio and boasts on-site hiking trails and tour guides. It also offers free Wi-Fi, bird watching and swimming. We loved the location, the ambience, and the staff. It was really a family style experience, be it the meals, the stay, the way we were looked after, we felt we were visiting family.

A genuine diamond in the soft, fine sands of Holbox. You could stay at any of the many modern bougie hotels on Holbox, but you wouldn't get a ounce of the home from home charm of Casa Cerseza. We had such a wonderful stay here.

Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. The location, restaurant served good food and breakfast was excellent, the staff and our exceptional tour guide, Jesus who told us everything about the Mayan culture at Chichen Itza. The air conditioned van and the driver was comfort plus. I also enjoyed how quiet it was at night and the only sound were the birds and crickets.
