An amazing and unique place to stay, set in a gorgeous garden and nestling amongst the trees. Very quiet, the birdsong woke me. Superbly located for exploring Winchester and the South Downs. Very eco-friendly, the property is the ideal base for a family looking to have a more adventurous activity break, with access to a barbecue in the evenings, or for someone looking to spend a few days writing and relaxing. And a wonderful outside deck to enjoy the evening. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Absolutely lovely. I stayed here as an alternative to a regular hotel room and it was spot on. Best sleeps I had in months. Cooked on the fireplace, although a kitchen is available. Showers were evened. Hot as heck and powerful jet. Staff was amazing. Definitely will return!

Nice location. The resort it’s located on has many activities you can pay to do if you wish. It has a nice play area for the children. The toilets and showers were to a good standard and clean!

Brocklands Farm was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The safari tent was exceptional, from the delicious lemon cake on arrival to the quirky cabin bed which the kids loved, it had everything we needed. We are definitely going to return for another visit.
