We were transferred into Hasan 2, which is a camp a short drive away but set in amazing place surrounded by a high wall of wadi rum mountains. In front of us was a picturesque backdrop of Wadi Rum desert which you can enjoy in a swingchair. The place was great for watching stars at night. It was very nice to share this special place with other travellers. Dinner was amazing! It was a spectacle by itself. Fun and helpful staff.

Fits the criteria that we were looking for:- 1) Family friendly - kids enjoyed the playground, saw horses, herd of goats climbing the hills nearby, camel trips 2) Bubble camp (Not tent) - new clean tent, air conditioned 3) Ensuite bathroom - clean,excellent hot & cold good pressure showers. 4) Rooms that can fit 7 of us - (Although had to be separated in 2 camps) but we were close by 5) Must be Half-board - we got the most looked forward traditional Zarb dinner- the spread of food was festive. Breakfast was adequate. We got free drinks (actually forgot to pay but Adel says its a gift) 6) Trustable- other listings seems to have suspicious score and most of the comments seems fake. Although the property is new, reviews were quite genuine. 7) Affordable- best priced for the 7 of us with all the criteria’s we wanted. Our added on activities were also affordable, we joined sunset camel tour, star gazing and 2hours+ sunrise jeep tour for only 50 JOD for adults, kids free. Surprising additional things which makes me like this camp more:- 1) Immediate direct contact with owner via Whatsapp - very convenient to ask questions 2) Credit card accepted! 3) We thought we had to ride their jeeps from meeting point, but they only guide us to drive to the camps! What an experience to drive in Wadirum Dessert! We were ecstatic! 4) They were really helpful with planning our experience. Although we stayed for a short-while (got from Dead sea arrived 6pm, need to got Petra early the next day), I think we ticked-off everything that we wanted to see and do in Wadi-rum. 5) They were really helpful to help one of our friend who joined us the last minute. Thank you so much Adel. 6) Good wifi in restaurant 7) Masyaallah for the beautiful surrounding views

We had the most amazing time in the Wadi Rum desert thanks to Achmed and his family. The communication through booking went very smoothly. We really enjoyed our sunset safari by 4×4 jeep, but we most certainly will never forget the Bedouin stories he shared during the campfire. Very accessable and authentic experience in a familiar atmosphere. We felt very welcome!

My stay at Wadi Rum Mars Camp was absolutely great! The camp has a private and intimate atmosphere, where you really feel part of the hosting family. The tent was spacious, very clean and with a private bathroom and it also has a terrace where you can enjoy an amazing view of the Wadi Rum! You can receive breakfast, lunch and dinner which are homemade and typical, and you can choose between different types and lenght of tours. I had a morning jeep tour and a star gazing tour, both have been really great. Mansour and his sons are very welcoming and they do everything to make you feel at home and meet your needs. I would definitely come back to Wadi Rum Mars Camp if again in Wadi Rum.

The host Suleman was very nice and always ready to help. Everyone of the staff was hospitable too. Suleman took care of everything- guiding us to the camp, dinner and breakfast, heating in the room, tours with 🐪 and jeeps around Wadi Rum. He entertained us in the evening with local music and dances. Showed us how the prepared barbecue in the sand. In other words, our stay there was really exceptional. Thank you Suleman!!!

The camp was fantastic. The Martian tents were clean, air conditioned and had a beautiful view of the desert- all with ensuites. The food and entertainment was all included and the meat had to be some of the best I have ever had. The camp arranges camel rides and safaris for you so everything was super easy and very relaxing!

The whole experience was a blast! We had the 4h 4x4 jeep tour and the sunset tour with camel. During the tours we had enough time to see and stay at each place. Our guide, Ahmet was a sweet and patient guy who explained each spot to us while looking after for our lunch and drinks. The camp was clean and tidy. Totally recommended

Very comfortable. Big rooms. Clean. Staff were very hospitable. I would recommend the tent rooms which we stayed in. Food (zarb) was delicious. We watched them take it out from the ground. There was plenty to activities to do. Star gazing, and tour on the jeeps.
