The place is great, amazing views, the houses are big, comfortable, lovely bathroom and veranda. There are really good outdoor and indoor play areas for kids.

- Staff are so lovely and accommodating, especially Eva! Floory, the cat, is also part of the crew and very friendly :) - Clean rooms with guaranteed hot showers - The location is excellent and less than 5 minutes walk to the ski gondola Bansko - The breakfast is excellent and it’s 5€ only! - The pool, Sauna and massage area are clean and tidy My partner and I really enjoyed the stay and we’d certainly stay again if we ever visit Bansko again.

The apartment was extremely spacious and full of light. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and amazing mountain view from both rooms. The breakfast and restaurant were also tasty, with large variety of offered food. The pool was big, with possibility to put sun beds outside when sunny and warm.

Very spacious and clean. Being on the ground floor turned out to be great, as we could exit from our apartment straight out into the garden, where there are hammocks for hotel guests to use.

Breakfast was fine! Friendly staff!)However no deserts at all, only jams and chocolate paste. Which you could not apply to anything -did not even make sense to place them there anyway

Good location close to the gondola, but on a quiet side street away from street noise. Good hot shower. Nice and friendly staff, always pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the steam room.

the spa area is great and perfect after skiing! breakfast is good, location is good , 10 minutes from the gondola or you can use the free van ! I rent my ski equipment there and I recommend it, the guy was helpful and the price is very fair ! good hot shower and good heater ! huge rooms :)
