Location was great. View of the lake and you just had the cross the road and you could walk alongside the lake. I watched the sunset in the evening and ran 8km around the lake the following morning. The hotel is fun and a bit quirky decor (a little Wes Anderson vibes). I really liked it. Good comfortable bed and quiet at night. Really good shower.

Great hotel in a lovely location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Small verandah big enough to sit on and enjoy the river or mountain views. Easy walk to train station but also bus stop within 100 metres which is free with city card.

Beautiful location overlooking the Lucerne city and lake. The sunset and sunrise were stunning...Service was wonderful, everyone was very tentative to every need. The breakfast was very nice and had plenty of choices for all.

Huge room, plenty of space for 3, great room facilities such as coffee machine, powerful and hot shower, easy parking, easy location and very easy self check in.

Room was cleaned and location was easily accessible with public transport. Had a bus stop in front of the property. There was a small terrace as well to had dinner or drink while enjoying the sunset.

Lovely room. Good hot shower. Easy navigation and key collection. Allowed us to extend our check out by an hour on request. Kitchenette was well stashed. Close to Luzern station.
