This is a wonderful apartment! Just a wonderful veranda! Great location, very quiet area, all infrastructure at hand and close to attractions! The owner is responsive! The apartment has everything you need hair dryer, shower accessories and so on!

The location is brilliant, right near the metro and overground train station. The air conditioner was awesome. They let me check in early before I headed out to watch an Olympic event 🥰 Great blinds on the windows, nice hot shower.

A super comfortable, clean and cozy apartment. Although the building is a little old, the apartment itself is well equipped and modern. Hot shower!

Yes, this is not typical hotel in Paris City Center. You have to user metro to reach most popular atractions, towel replacement is not in price, You are asked for take trash from room downstairs. But for this price, in my opinion, it is excelent. Yes, there is noisy street outside, but windows are great, when closed, we didn't hear anything. In addition there were external roller shutter, so even in 7AM there could be completly dark in room. I feel quite safe in neigbourhood, but I always come back to room before sunset.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants, cafes, bars on doorstep, walking distance to a lot of sights, friendly helpful staff, large comfortable bed and pillows, good hot shower, early checkin and luggage storage

I really appreciate the Ibis staff for arranging a fantastic Eiffel Tower view room on the 8th floor for my 11-year-old daughter’s birthday party with me. It will be an amazing and unforgettable present of photographic memory for Rebecca. We enjoyed watching the Eiffel Tower light up every evening from sunset in our room. Thank you so much to all the kind staff. I strongly recommend tasting the Gustave burger at the Gustave bar. It's so tasty. Plus, the quality breakfast and great location are added bonuses.

It's fine if you are a passer-by. The view from the balcony was superb at sunset. Another good point is the Point Ephemere nearby, a cultural centre with a lot of activities on the banks of Saint Martin canal. Nice for chilling.
