The rooms were lovely and situated in a garden with sitting areas , the grounds of the hotel were lovely and we sat watching the wildlife of rabbits , squirrels birds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent dinner on the first night. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast lovely, well cooked and plenty to eat , excellent choice for cereal. All in all a lovely stay and will be visiting again

Staff were exceptional in their professional manner. Room just right, bed comfortable. Microwave provided, if you want to get your own food. Hot shower. Good wifi. Parking on site. Very near to central Ipswich. Good value for a four night stay. Breakfast items provided but there is also a good cafe just down the road.

Tranquil setting, oasis of calm. Local wildlife right on the doorstep was magical. Spotlessly clean and tidy, very well equipped with cooking and cleaning facilities. Superb shower. Bed was so comfortable it was the best sleep we’ve had in ages. Lounge comfortable with tv. Homely touches across the cabin made this perfect, from arrival to departure. We were charmed to observe local rabbits playing in the field and garden.

A real get away from it all holiday cottage. Very tranquil, yet easy to get to places of interest and good walks. Watched golfers by day and wildlife by night on the course The cottage was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner wss very helpful. Would be more than happy to stay here again
