The staff is super helpful and very nice. They speak only German but it wasn’t any issue. We felt really well with them there. Breakfast was tasty. Also plus for mosquito net!

The location is great - just in front of the lake where you can swim with swans. The view is amazing - beautiful sunset, blue water in the lake that you can see from the kitchen. The apartment itself is new and spacious. It includes all you might need: a full kitchenette, dishwasher, AC in each room, washer, smart TV (you can connect your laptop) etc. Expetional place for remote work with high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a plenty of restaurants within a walking distance or 2-5 mins drive.

It is a beautiful hotel, has an amazing deco and atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating, they catered to all of our requirements and made our stay the best possible. Our three years old son loved it so much. The swimming pools and the saunas are amazing, one of the best hotel spa facilities we ever used. The view of the lake from our balcony was breathtaking, especially at sunset.

The staff are very nice and polite, especially the lady at the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner (part of the package) are decent. We love the desert every night. The hotel is quite close to the thermal lake.

Great location. Excellent staff. Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff especially from Andras who even took our bags to our room whilst we had a welcome drink. Very welcoming and professional hotel with a beautiful of the lake. Room was amazing and the view form the terrace looking over the lake was mind blowing. Especially at sunset.

Everything. The location is perfect, it’s just a few hundred meters away from the city centre. The hosts were really nice. Really good price for value. The room and the bathroom were really clean and well designed. The matress was comfortable (not too soft). There were enough sockets in the room (for example next to the bed). We also apprecieted, that the windows have mosquito nets. AC was also available in the room. The wifi functioned well. Parking in the garden is available.
