The place was exactly like in the photos so you know what you are gonna get. They'd offer complimentary coffee, tea, refillable bottled water, air conditioning even... To be able to achieve such luxury accommodation in the middle of the jungle is an achievement. I don't get the comments about the hot water not being enough, it was enough to take long showers and also to fill the bathtub, which is a dream to bathe in the middle of that paradise by the way. Regarding breakfast everything was great too, we would tell them the night before which time we would want breakfast and what we'd want and they'd make everything possible to get what we needed, I have some intolerances and they took it into account and they adjusted to all our needs. I read some negative comments that after spending 3 nights there I don't understand, I think it's important to be humble and comprehend that no matter the price you're paying for, you have to be realistic about the place you are, in the middle of the jungle there are some things that nobody can control. (For example the lack of certain products because it's a difficult place to get to or the natural noises or the bugs, I'm not gonna rate them less for those things, it makes no sense to me 🤷🏽‍♀️) Apart from all this, the experience was incredible because the manager was available for us through WhatsApp almost 24/7 and it was just not the accommodation they provided, it was also the service. Everything we needed, from a private driver, until cooking class, massages delivered to our place, transfers to the center or dinners, Korry was there for you to make sure you got everything you needed the best and fastest way possible. The guys working there (sorry because I'm horrible with names) were always extremely kind and nice to us. I couldn't have and I wouldn't have asked for more.

One of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen in my life. But the staff was even more impressive. Friendly, professional, and beyond willing to solve your issues. I highly recommend it! We would love to visit again.

The location towards Cristal Bay and out of the harbor town makes you feel closer to nature. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful with everything. We lost a credit card in an Atm and the staff went to the place on their own (which was not close) and managed to find it….we were so thankful! Definetely a special place to stay if u want to visit Penida out of the crowds. The tents are beautidlful and very confortable!

يقع مكان إقامة "Naluna Lembongan" على بُعد 50 م من شاطئ ساندي باي (Sandy Bay Beach)، ويحتوي على مطعم ويوفر مسبحاً خارجياً وحديقة وتراس. مكان الإقامة مكيف ويوفر ساونا. We had the most amazing and relaxing time at Naluna. The ocean front tent suites are exceptional. The location is one of a kind, being able to see the famous Devil's Tear all day from many of the comfy lounging spots. Loved the tents and that they come with an aircon to make it extra cozy at night. Would definitely stay here again!
