At the luxury tent, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. This is one of the better run hotels I've stayed at, anywhere. Just a really smooth operation (big credit to Tushar for that). Amazing staff, all super welcoming, friendly, helpful, and polite. Location is perfect. Restaurant is nice although after nine days, I was eager for some variety (but that's all the beach places). Rooms are exceptional and I could have stayed a lot longer in comfort. Nothing was ever an issue; I had laundry done, needed to extend my stay last minute, needed help with travel, everything was just easy and smooth and exactly what I wanted whilst staying on a beautiful beach. Next time I'm in Patnem I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Located in Calangute, Boaty's Beach Cottages offers beachfront accommodation 200 metres from Calangute Beach and provides various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. Chapora Fort is 10 km away and Thivim railway station is 19 km from the luxury tent. This did not feel like a hotel perhaps more like a friend’s home. I felt very welcomed. The owner and the staff were super friendly and helpful. You will instantly feel the warmth and positive aura that flows within the place. The owner was chatty and made sure I feel at home. The beach is 100 steps away from the room. Perfect place to enjoy your stay. The food was absolutely spot on specially the breakfast. You should try the Boaty’s house breakfast; you wont be disappointed.

It is 2 km from the Palolem Beach and 7 km from Agonda Beach. This tented camp is 35 km from Madgaon Railway Station and 65 km from Goa International Airport. Location definitely. The huts were well maintained and clean which is a big plus. Have stayed in many huts in south goa but cleanliness was always a compromise for the price but Sea Front beach huts was one of the cleaner ones. Would prefer this stay next time as well.
