The people who ran the facility were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The room we stayed in was particularly comfortable and beautifully designed (we even had a hammock in our room). The pool area was small but pleasant and the communal breakfast area was lovely!

Very comfortable bed and room, the hammock was a great addition. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and the pool looked lovely, too bad we couldn’t use it because it was raining. The staff at the reception were exceptional, very helpful with answering questions and offering recommendations. Overall a perfect stay, I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel was charming , the staff were super kind, super comfortable bed, really quiet and restful, good hot shower, nice pool, made to order delicious breakfast, good location 10 minute walk to center square. Some vintage furniture added charm to this newly built hotel. I have stayed in another place in Merida which was more expensive and a total dump. Azuli Santiago was a gem in comparison.

One of the reasons I wanna go back to Mexico- I just wanna chill in the hammock and drink beer...This is such a lovely place to stay for few nights.

The decor of the hotel is gorgeous. The room was comfy with a nice hammock to chill in. I liked the scent of the shampoo. The staff was very friendly and the location is close to the ADO bus station.

Everything was amazing!! The room is HUGE, clean, comfortable. I felt so comfy and safe there! On the 3rd floor is a nice terasse with hammocks, and in the first floor you have a small pool (I didn't use it, but it looked nice and clean!) The staff was great too, they helped me with tours and information about traveling in colectivos. Breakfast was nice - some fruit, breads & croissants, coffee, tea, joghurt. And it was nice that I could check in earlier!

Brilliant location with views across the estuary. Rooftop terrace and private jetty make good spots for watching the sunset. Our room had a comfortable bed, sofa and hammock. Also a little balcony with a beautiful view. Lovely pool with comfortable loungers. Nice restaurant/ bar area and drinks served by pool. Little shop with a few holiday essentials.

Really cute common areas & outdoor garden with hammocks. Nice and fairly well equipped kitchen, hot showers, decent wifi, and amazing breakfast.
