An amazing experience in a Bedouin camp in the desert among the dunes. Great hosts, a diverse program (camel rides, driving cars on the dunes, local music and dance after dinner), excellent food. Very comfortable bed. Each tent was with its own private bathroom.

I spent a month in Oman but definitely this was the highlight of the trip. We were picked up by the owner from muscat(as we didn't have a 4x4) and he drop us to the camp. We was only in the camp and the rest of the camp was empty, which was nice as we chose this specific camp to relax and disconnect. Nice activities were offered (other guys did the dune bashing). The owner spent a really long time talking to us - he was the nicest person in the already very friendly country. The staff working there was very polite and helpful. Food options (including vegetarian!) were amazing, for the desert I think it was almost luxurious. I will always recommend this camp to everyone, it was really nice and peaceful. This camp is Thousand Stars Desert Camp . And the tallest dune is located , which is a must to climb (although exhausting). The sunset was beautiful. The owner really cares about his business, as well as his staff.

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Bidiyah, SandGlass Camp is a luxury tent surrounded by views of the city.

What a magical experience. The dome is surrounded by beautiful desert. Very peaceful. The host was also very attentive and kind. Highly recommend staying here. Inside the dome is also very comfortable and well designed.

‘The One’ Private Camp - A Truly Authentic Desert Experience. From start to finish, our stay at 'The One' Private Camp was unforgettable. We were met by Hamad, who expertly prepared our 4WD before leading us deep into the desert - far from any noise or light pollution. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the amazing Osman and Amran, who welcomed us with fresh hibiscus juice, coffee, dates, and cold water. Hamad sat with us, sharing fascinating Omani stories that offered a real insight into local life. As the sun began to set, a magical camel ride was arranged, followed by a delicious dinner prepared right there in the desert by Osman and Amran. Their level of service was truly outstanding - we were never left wanting for anything. They even lit a bonfire for us to enjoy while we dined under the stars. The next morning, we woke to a stunning sunrise and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast with everything you could want to start the day. Once again, Amran and Osman went above and beyond, treating us like royalty. The private tent had all the amenities we needed, perfectly balancing comfort with authenticity. If you’re seeking a genuine desert experience away from the crowds, we can’t recommend 'The One' Private Camp highly enough.
