Parking on-site is available and the luxury tent also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Nothing. It was not as advertised. No air conditioning and in Singapore, that’s unbearable. Also, the tent was dirty, there were lizards and bugs inside, the beach was not swim able at all. It wasn’t safe.

Location is fantastic because of proximity to the wet market and Grand Batam Mall. There are many shops and massage parlours nearby. The bed is firm rather than soft and sunken so I liked it, slept very well! Nice lobby, nice pool too. Service is excellent, ALL the staff were very nice and lovely. Room is generally clean. Shower is strong, so a hot shower after a long day was great.

The location of the resort was beautiful, and the room was spacious and clean. We're really enjoyed the stayed with the resort vibes which it has a nice view to the sea , there's also hammock above the sea near to pool. We ordered a pizza from the resort's restaurant and the taste is really nice. Definitely we will repeat our stay while visiting Batam again soon. Overall, it really one of the best places for healing in Batam.

The pool was huge, clean and had plenty of sunbeds, chairs, daybeds and hammocks around it. Pool service was efficient. The pool towels were large and you could help yourself to them. The staff were very good and when our teenage daughter left her handbag in our room but only realised a few hours after check out, they quickly relocated and returned it to us.

We only overnighted here and wished we had 2 nights so our son could have experienced the water park. Room was roomy, hot shower, comfy bed. Great little 'surprise' for the kids in the family room.
