It is at the entrance of the park. In the wilderness
Proximity to Yosemite allowed us to experience sunset after checking in by driving in after 4 without a reservation. Breakfast was great too. Member of staff checking us in was helpful and polite.
The property was perfect for our family trip to the yosemitte area it is spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It was a wonderful property to stay in. Nestled between yosemitte and Sierra forest with close links to oakhurst and mariposa. A wonderful time was had at sierra sunset cottage, highly recommend staying here!
Amazing location if you want to explore Yosemite. We stayed in one of the tents and it was extremely comfortable, great value for money. Shared showers/toilets were very clean and there is a fully equipped kitchen to use. We loved our time here and would highly recommend.
It is a super cool location! Close to Yosemite Nationalpark! It has a bit of hostel/camp vibes with all the different cabins and tents! The staff is very friendly! The kitchen is very clean and well equipped! They have a restaurant which serves a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner (also vegetarian options) and super cool desserts!
Loved how remote it was, the drive up there was like a dream for me coming from the uk and not having scenery like that. The place itself had everything I could ask for and from my porch I saw lizards, hares, hummingbirds and Pluto (or maybe Bluto) the neighbours dog that came and climbed all over me as I sat on the porch 😆 From the main house the sunset was stunning. The food was delicious too and very filling. I would recommend this place. You get an experience you would never get at a chain hotel.
Extremely spacious for 4 of us. Well equipped: we prepared breakfast and packed sandwich lunch for hiking every day. Beds are comfortable. Also comfortable hot shower!
Wow, you really sleep in a proper tree house and there's nothing you'd miss! The veranda is perfect for a drink at sunset and the bed is super cozy.
