United Kingdomthe flexibility of check-in time. I supposed to check-in after 4 pm but arrived there around 10 am ( to drop the luggage in the reception) and I asked the receptionist if there was a possibility of earlier check-in , she checked with workers , and the house was ready , so a checked- in straight away on ZERO COST. was great !
