We had a great stay this weekend! The place was lovely, clean and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted us with the barbecue and even provided a clean grill for us. Anytime we needed something, they were quick to help.
They also let us visit the farm animals — goats, camels, and more — which was such a nice experience. On top of that, they kindly cleaned the pool for us and even allowed us a late check-out by an hour.
Truly generous and welcoming people — highly recommended!

Location is accessible to cafeteria, restaurants, mall, and also close to bus terminal and beach. They also provide toiletries, towels etc, plus there is also a shared kitchen with basic kitchen utensils and appliances.The price is worth it. Not to mention that rooms and bathrooms are very clean and quiet👍 You will also be assisted by their owner/ staff who are very nice, welcoming, and responsive to inquiries, thank you to Sumith. It’s our second stay at Beach Rotana and I hope not the last! As the first time, we enjoyed our stay so much! Love the options of restaurant and the pool! We had the “cheapest” room this time and for two it was absolutely enough! Very neatly furnished and a very classy old school hotel! Very clean and nice. Super sweet and helpful staff, outstanding!

Everything was perfect , comfortable large room, large living room, 2 bathrooms , very clean there, the room was cleaned every day , responded to our every request , very responsive and kind staff . There was a swimming pool on the top floor. The Cornish beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. If I come here again, I will definitely come to this hotel.

We loved our vacation at Khalidiya! Very clean hotel, breakfast was good, the pool very warm, our little girl had a blast. The beach area also nice, fine sand, perfect for the play of little ones. I appreciated that the pool area staff kept an eye on "reserved" sunbeds and removed towels off the unused sunbeds. And we had a nice surprise at the arrival when we got an upgrade to our room!

Everything was perfect, the rooms and the hotel in general is very clean. The private beach is small and cozy, also very clean. The staff is great, very helpful and attentive. (Especial thanks to the staff on the beach, who helped us when our daughter stepped on something on the beach and was very scared, the staff provided very timely and professional assitance).

The property is very clean and very good located. There is a direct entrance from the hotel to the World Trade Centre with many shops,cafe, food court as well as also with LULU hypermarket inside and souk if you’d like to buy typical souvenirs and etc. Very close to the beach and can be walked if you wish.

Fantastic service and facilities. I travel a lot for work and stay in hotels often. Staff here at Sheraton Abu Dhabi were just outstanding in all aspects during our vacation last week. In all areas they rocked it - reception, beach lounge, club lounge, restaurants, housekeeping ... just awesome service across. Also, very clean and great amenities and excellent location.
