It is new and very clean. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful - especially the ladies. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. A small train goes to the beach.

This is a very clean, well equipped and located B&B with nice room and good size bathroom on the 1th floor. The bed is very comfortable and the pressure of hot-cold vater is super. Breakfast is very good with excellante real italien Coffee! The owner, Pietro, with his wife, an exceptional Host. He is very friendly, kind, helpful, attentive. By the way, the train station is 10 minutes, grand canale, city centre 15-20 m. The bus stop to the beach Barcola and Miramare castle is just around the corner. Absolutely valuta for money.

We booked a camping spot for our tent and we could choose the spot in the booked area ourselves! The spots were spacious with a lot of shade and the restrooms and showers were extremely clean! There is a little train that brings you down to the beach but you can also easily walk there. It's a nice walk down the cliffs through a forest.

Hotel is very clean, all staff are extremely friendly and the location is particularly attractive opposite the Porto Vecchio of Lignano. The Breakfast room on the top floor offers a beautiful view, the morning Buffet offers a lot of choice and we were able to start the day very well. The Hotel is close to the pedestrian area and on the beach. We had a great time and will return.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very clean, full of natural light and with ecxellent kitchen facilities. The terrace overlooking the bay comes not only with a spectacular view but also with its own barbeceue. Secluded private beach with comfortable deckchairs. Our hosts couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. A la prossima, Fabio e Stefania!

Francesco was very kind and helpful, answering all my questions. We arrived late on Friday evening, even this was not a problem, he was waiting for us at the hotel at the agreed time. The rooms were very clean and sophisticated, furnished with very good taste. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent! Several types of Italian ham, cheese and salmon were also offered. Several types of soft drinking, real Italian coffee were also available. The location is as good as possible. It is close to downtown and also on the beach.
