Cassa Fabiani is a lovely cottage, centrally located, ideal for visiting Florence, Lucca, Siena (by car) or heading to the beach (45 minutes away). Nearby, there are smaller mountain ranges where it is recommended to visit some of the charming villages with cozy restaurants offering delicious local food. The cottage has high ceilings, a cozy terrace, and a large lawn. The decoration is homely, everything is very clean and does not appear worn. The owner of Cassa Fabiani is very helpful, welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with.

hotel facilities looked new and were very clean, parking in garage in basement, hotel is located in a quiet residential area with gardens and nice pine trees, walking distance 10min. to public beach or less to nearest beaches with sunchairs and cca 20min walk to local center with shops, hotel staff friendly (girl at reception speaked English, others only Italian) and provided all needef information

Everything was perfect! The owner was very polite and available for everything that we needed. The house was big, very clean, lots of games for adults and kids, big yard including soccer game, barbecue, fitness etc. We loved it.

The hotel room was very clean and big enough for me, my husband and baby. It was quiet and it even had a fridge, which was nice on a hot day. The breakfast was good, not exceptional, but typical Italian (cornetti with different fillings) with a Western vibe (toast, cheese, jam, eggs etc.). After breakfast we went directly to the beach which is just 5-10 minutes away. I didn't expect the water in Marina di Pisa to be that clean and blue. Just the perfect water and beach (with beautiful white pebbles).

The manager at the reception, Alice, was making this stay wonderful for us! Thank you for all your kind assistance during the stay. She was also preparing a birthday welcoming surprise 😀😀. Moreover, it is very clean and you miss nothing, you have enough towels etc.,The beaches are very nice, sandy, clean. Very nice Italian Restaurant in a view walking minutes distance.

great personell, good vibes crew, these guys also run a famous musuc club in Pisa centro, so obvious they got the real vibes. The Hostel was very very clean and everybody very friendly. Great place to stay close to the beach.. !!!!

Great place, very clean and modern furnished. Very good location, close to the beach (5 min. of walking), walking distance to the shop Conad (500m), centre of Tirrenia (1,5 km). Mrs. Alice is very nice person, friendly, very helpful and always in a good mood. Apartment was spacious enough for 4 people and we had a room aside of the building, so there was not any noise from the street. Very good location for short trips to Livorno and Pisa.
