Such as the defrost ice spray for our car and the outdoor jackets for our bathroom trips, they’ve thought of it all.

very good location with a snow shuttle stop very close. cafes, shops and town all within walking distance. Extra room supplies available in the laundry room. Rooms a little small but still quite serviceable. Heating and kitchen supplies were good. Room and bathroom very clean and nice. Host would take any guests to the supermarket once per day if needed. Very pretty location with the snow on the trees outside. Loved it and I would stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay！ Firstly the location couldn't be better - it's conveniently close to both the ski slopes and convenience store 711 . Secondly, the house itself is spacious and well-equipped in a peaceful neighborhood , with thoughtful touches like soft bed and coffee machine. Lastly, the owner was helpful, providing plenty of valuable information about the local area. Highly recommend!

Location is very near to bus stop, ski lifts and restaurant. Hotel staff is very very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Not to mention on Onsen which is Great after skiing.

We'd stayed in Hana-no-Sato before COVID-19 and came back again this spring. It's still an amazing accommodation for skiing if you are comfortable staying in a traditional Japanese hotel. Walking distance to the Gondola and chairlifts, close to cafes, Happo bus stop, a convenience store, rentals, etc. The hotel has got a warm and spacious ski room. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Would absolutely come back again.

The location is excellent. It is next to one of the main bus terminals for the mountains, and just off the main street of Echoland. Very easy access to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the convenience store. The rooms are well equipped and a decent size. Everything was very clean, and the dry room was effective.
