Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Lobby is bright and spacious. Rooms are efficient, very clean. Bathroom layout is especially good, with enough space for your toiletries and a excellent shower plus separate bath behind a glass door.

Daiwa Roynet is a staple hotel chain that can be found all across Japan, typically with easy access to train stations and sightseeing areas. I stayed for a couple of nights in Yamagata, and had an excellent rest here. Not only are the facilities spacious, comfortable and clean, but also you get a convenience store within the same building, plus a gym, and quality amenities. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips to Yamagata!

Convenience store downstairs Staffs are very helpful Although they are not English speaking but they try their very best to explain with a mobile translator. Laundrette is all available on the 20th level and it has very good drying machine Room is small but it’s ok for 2 pax with minimum belongings

Breakfast is very delicious and starts at 7:30 AM. They offer yogurt, soup, bread, rice and curry, bacon, sausage and salad. You will find a lot to eat! The room is very clean and tidy.

Perfect location for those on foot - couple of minutes walk from the train station. Small but tidy and comfortable room. Convenience store attached to the ground floor lobby.

The location was perfect for me, just into Yamagata station, so convenient. It was very clean and the view was so nice. I recommend.

Excellent location if transiting; less than 4 minute walk once you exit station. Good Izakayas on same street for restaurant options & has a convenience store on the ground level.

Very clean, room has good amount of space, the bath was big and beautiful. The room has big floor to ceiling window overlooking the city. The hotel was very close to the train station and restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The functional space were nice, clean and beautiful. It was very good value for money.
