It was great location near the main shrine in Kyoto. I could walk around easily. It was like a capsule hotel which you can enjoy your private hotel in the same room. Very clean and modern.

The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was good and there were 4 outlets to charge my electrical devices. There is space under the bed to store your luggage. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The hotel is always clean. And free coffee!!

We loved our stay here at Hostel Sui. They have bikes that you can rent for not expensive during your stay. The owner is so accommodating and helped us so much with everything. He lent us 2 rain macs when it was raining and gave us good recommendations of restaurants and an onsen. He even lent us a sewing kit when one of our bags broke and needed to be repaired. The accommodation itself is fantastic. We travelled as a couple and we had our own private space with a curtain. The doors to the beds have an option to lock then during the day too when you're out and about. All the other guests were super quiet and super respectful when we were there. The place is also super clean, like spotless the whole time. Nice showers and there's an option of a shower after 11pm beside the kitchen on the terrace as to not disturb other guests. This place really has it all. Thank you so much Hostel Sui! We had an amazing time here 😊

I really liked the privacy the capsule like accommodation provides. It’s convenient for the travelers who consider going to the west side of Kyoto such as the most visited place in Kyoto Arashiyama as the bus stop is just few minutes away by walking distance. And it comes with excellent washing and drying machines at which you gotta prepare changes in coin form to use.

Calendar Hotel in Otsu provides adults-only accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar.

The hôtel is next to the station which is very useful, but still there s no sound from the room there is everything you need, the staff is as helpful as possible and always smiling There are many things for cleaning towels, teeth brush, even cloths for night time, the bath room is clean with all the useful things to wash, The bed is quite large, quiet and really clean There s a supermarket very near to the hostel There s no coffee neither tea offered but there s hot water and cold water and a micro to heat some food. The hostel is attached to a restaurant so you can eat if you want It s also possible to leave your luggages before booking
