Very clean, provides eye masks, slippers, ear plugs. Very easy to find the capsule hotel and they had luggage storage for my two bigger suitcases. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very close to airport and arranged for drop off for me for only 30ringgit which was cheaper and more convenient than Grab. Plenty of food options around for a meal - some looked like 24hours so if you’re staying late there are options too. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly, way better than what I’d expect for a short stay airport accomodation. The capsule itself was spacious and comfortable with charging ports, lighting, mirror, air con.

Staff were quick to respond to any emails before our arrival. My companion arrived several hours before me and staff were happy to accommodate their arrival. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation was extremely clean, and the sleeping pod was much bigger than I thought. It was very convenient having it at the airport and extremely comfortable.

Great place to sleep for a few hours between flights. Very conveniently located in the landside area of the terminal building. Staff were friendly and helpful. You are provided with a small bottle of water and toothbrush + toothpaste when you check in. WiFi worked very well and the sleeping pods are comfortable, with enough space for a good sleep.

Very close to the airport (10 minutes taxi). Be sure to get the front desk just inside the airport from the Taxis to order you a Airport Taxi for the cheapest fare.And Bangua capsule hotel will take you back. Restaurants right next door for a meal. The capsules are space age with fancy lighting that you can make very dim to brightly lit. They are also air-conditioned.
