The staff knew English very well, I had to check in very early and since no one was there, I rang the bell and one member of the staff came running to help me check out. Everything was very nice, the restrooms were sparkling clean. The only thing I did not like was how hard the mattress was, but that is just personal liking. The position is great, close to the station and main attractions.

Location is great, and staff is very friendly and helpful. Free towels every night was good :)

SLEEP Fuji has the perfect location as it is on the corner of Fujinomiya station. I love its minimalist stlye and it is equipped with everything a low-budget traweller might need.

Friendly reception man who was also working in the morning had all of the instructions and info in English. Would definitely stay again.
