This was my first time in a Capsule Hotel, but the experience was amazing. The staff was really kind and helpful, the hotel itself offers a lot of free services (food, drinks, retro game station,...). I didn't expect that. The bed was really comfortable.

It was my next stop after Fujiyoshida and it couldn't be better! Mount Fuji is fascinating and Fujinomiya also has some gems to offer (Shiraito falls, Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre, etc). The staff at the front desk are very friendly! Due to the language barrier, I even used an online instant translation service for interpreting. The shower room provides a hairdryer and curling iron, which are very convenient to use. They also have a wide range of facial cleansing and makeup removal products. There is mouthwash available at the sink outside the restroom. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The pillows, blankets, and mattresses are all of high quality. Additionally, there is a mirror available for use.
