Nice accommodation. I just wanted to try it out. Although it all went well, it is not the type of accommodation I'd prefer. Been there done that!

An awesome place to experience the japanese capsule hotel. Never had to wait for toilet/shower – lots of space to get ready and everything was very clean and thought out.

The breakfast is awesome. The hotel is kind of one of best experience. Strongly recommended. But it's too good so makes people too lazy and don't wanna go outside.

The location is in the absolute heart of Shinjuku, a few steps from the station. The capsules are very comfy. WiFi is stable and fast everywhere. Of course The basics are all provided (towels, loungewear, luggage locker, etc.). But the best thing are all the amenities. There's a hot bath available, various skin care and hair care products in the bathrooms, a lounge with free food/coffee/soft drinks/popcorn/etc. all day and a free alcohol bar in the evening. The top bang for the buck!

1. The location is not in a business hub (e.g. Shinjuku) but it is still easy to catch public transport, buses, JR trains etc. The location is also sorrounded by local restaurants which I found them good. 2. Facilities provided are excellent. The bonus point is the combination of accomodation, lounge with some food and drink supply, and hot spring all in one.

It exceeded my expectations since it was my first time to stay at the capsule hotel. It was very clean, convenient, had everything necessary for the stay. It was also very quiet and I had a great night’s sleep there!

Extremely convenient location, quiet individual pods, clean facilities, comfortable beds. It made the experience of staying at a capsule hotel quite luxurious and set a high bar for my other stays in Japan.

It is budget friendly, but the baths and toilets were clean. The sleeping space was enough considering a capsule hotel and the fellow room mates were really considerate and well behaved making the stay really good. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English adequately.

Convenient, pretty cheap, and decent onsen/shower area, with towels and toiletries provided. The place was clean and toilets in good condition. To crash for a few hours or just need a bed for a night it’s fine, but staying any longer would suggest a hostel. Very friendly guy on the desk who was professional and helpful.

This was the first time staying in a capsule hotel. I booked solely for the experience. The hotel was simple to find, and the staff were efficient but not overly welcoming. The capsule was unexpectedly very comfortable, and I have to say it was one of the best nights sleep I have had since being in Japan. But the shared facilities were very overcrowded and not very clean. Alot of hair in the shower, which needed a good clean. But overall, it was convenient for what I needed.

I like the concept of capsule hotels. The amenities provided are great (new towels, PJs, toothbrush, and slippers provided each day). The capsule is quite large so you can easily fit toiletries and other small items in with you. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Should you run out of space in your locker, you can leave it at the reception.

The location is very convenient. It looked like a newly renovated capsule hotel with decent functions. There are free and fine quality drinks available in the living areas. There are many manga books in the living area for guests to read.

I was traveling solo and had a great stay at The Global Hotel Tokyo. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms/capsules and facilities were clean. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and quality capsule hotel option in Tokyo!

That was my first capsule hotel in Japan, so I was guided through rules by staff on reception. Receptionists are welcoming and polite. Spa zone is awesome - pools and sauna are avaliable. Sleeping pods are also comfy and spacious. Location is great- not far from the train station.
