It is a great experience that there're lovely vivid bars on the way back to your hotel that you can have your apreSki fun and leave the party and be in your room in max 5 minutes! p.s. Spa is also superb! Snowing outside and you're in the sauna and with few steps ahead, you're outside half naked under the Austrian Alps snow and drinking your warm mint tea...

I was not the best guest, because I asked for a seperate beds although the only room avaliable was with double bed. I came late and missed the check in. But amazing staff managed to deal with all my quirks, so the card was waiting for us at the bar which was luckily open until midnight that day, and they managed to create a seperate beds for us. Staff was amazing, especially Ahmed who was really kind to us :) Breakfast is served in the bar 50 meters from the main building and it was great.

This was the best stay I’ve had… ever, in the area of the Kitzbüheler Alpen! I will not go anywhere else, this hotel and its chalets are simply perfect, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was excellent, our chalet was simply over the top.
