Everything! Especially our penthouse and the service. The location is great with a wonderful view towards Streif. The chalet is beautifully furnished and very convenient, every apartment has its own sauna which is great. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had. And the staff is amazing, in particular a lady at the hotel restaurant. I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she took such care of our family, I don’t have enough words to thank her.

Beautiful place, delicious food, fantastic friendly service! The sauna is an additional highlight making the place even more awesome. We loved it, and our one year old kid too!! This is an amaxing hotel that is more on luxury end. We got an upgrade upon arrival and we could really enjoy our apartment to the fullest. We had plenty of space. This place allows you to relive your Austrian luxury ski trip fantasy and it is all you could think of. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful and extremely comfortable. I can recommend ot to people who are ok with higher prices and are looking for luxury options.

A great large apartment, perfect for the 5 of us for 4 nights. Very warm, clean, and well renovated apartment. Ours had its own heated ski locker which was perfect (the host explained each apartment has its own amenity bonus). Plenty of Nespresso pods provided, cups/plates/cutlery. Everything felt brand new and high spec. The host was very generous letting us store our luggage until the end of the day skiing. Parking was easy, there is plenty of parking on-site. 100% I will be returning again, it's a great place to stay and a great experience, and the host/manager made us feel very welcome.

The 3 bedroom apartment was extremely spacious, relatively well equipped and maintained, and ridiculously comfortable. The WIFI was fast and well connected. The ski lockers were perfectly sized, easy to get to, and had heated boot racks (perfect for the early morning starts). The SkiBus stop outside (across the street) takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Maierlbahn Gondola.
