The room was clean, well heated, lots of power points around the room and a small flat screen tv. The bed was very comfy. Lots of storage space for clothing. Bathroom was modern and clean, shower gel and soap provided. Staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive. Food in the restaurant was incredible. Small spa in building, free use for residents which looked very good. Excellent parking nearby, we arrived in a van which they had spaces reserved for high sided vehicles that wouldn't fit in their additional parking area. Lift in the reception area.

Great appartment, unfortunately I didn't look to well with the booking. We were traveling with two big dogs and it was a little bit to small for the four of us. Ad first we should stay for three nights, but we had to cancel. But if you're traveling with no dogs, or one small dog it's perfect. The room was clean, the host was very kind. It felt like it was brand new. With some chocolat and some other supplies it felt like a warm home. I would definitely recommend this chalet!

<A truly exceptional stay> Our group of eight Canadian hikers stayed at Le Besso during our trek on the Walker's Haute Route, and our experience was truly outstanding. Six of us, including myself, stayed in the loft, which was clean, well-maintained, and had a romantic, unique, and lovely feel. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was great—it was one of the best we had on the entire hike. All of this would easily earn a 5-star rating, but it was the exceptional care from the staff that motivated me to write this review. First, when heavy rain disrupted our plans, the gentleman working in the cafe—likely the owner or manager—went above and beyond to help. He advised us on how to avoid dangerous sections of the trail, helped us arrange a taxi, and provided clear directions for public transportation. Second, when we asked if breakfast could be served a little earlier to help us stay on schedule, he listened to our request and accommodated us. Finally, and most importantly, I realized I had left my down jacket in the loft after we had already moved on. I contacted the staff, and they immediately agreed to look for it. After they found it, they promptly mailed it to my hostel in Geneva so I could receive it before leaving the country. Honestly, I didn't expect to see it again, so when the package arrived, I was incredibly touched. It was the perfect ending to my trip in Switzerland. Thank you, Le Besso, for your exceptional service and for adding such a wonderful memory to my trip. I highly recommend this place.

Basically everything but the highlights were: The included access to the spa, the welcoming and kind receptionist who allowed us to use the facilities the next day even we have the possibility of the check out. The view of the mountains, nice restaurant, delicious breakfast. Comfy room and bed. Overall amazing value for money.

Everything exceeded our expectations - Olivier and his family are the most welcoming hosts and have genuinely thought of everything in order to offer the best stay! The Chalet is a 2 min walk to the ski lift Violettes, perfect for skiers. Breakfast is great and there is a kitchen if you'd like to cook other meals. We really recommend staying here. Thank you so much we can't wait to be back!
