Stayed here for one night with my dog after a day of hiking, but would happily have stayed longer. It’s a clean, cozy place to stay with everything you need, very comfy bed and only a 5 minute walk into town. The welcome basket full of treats was also very thoughtful. Would highly recommend staying here, it’s an excellent dog friendly base for exploring the cairngorms.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful location! You walk straight into a lovely forrest and very close to all activities in the vicinity. Awesome staff/owners who are very friendly! And the kids loved the X-Box as well ;). Would highly recommend if you are planning to stay in/near Aviemore (which is beautiful)!

We,as family, with two little children came to Scotland to run Loch Ness marathon. Right place, set up,mood , mental (apart from obvious physical) state BEFORE the run were important factors for me We arrived at nearly 2 in the morning. And Debbie was still in touch checking up on us and giving the directions. When we checked into the lodge, we fell in love with it all: so clean, so fresh ,so beautiful, those little details in interior, the view, the design. Parking is available and easy. The staff would message you on WhatsApp to ask how you are and whether everything is OK. Whenever we needed anything, we'd get reply, it would be sorted in fast and nicest way within literally few minutes. Special thanks for letting us to check out later, as my body felt shredded after the marathon , i felt severely unwell and I just couldn't to check out on time . The kindness and care and love the staff showed made me emotional. THANK YOU. 🙏 This place has now special place in our hearts and memories. ❤️

Very well equipped, clean, comfortable, pleasant accommodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely beach within walking distance. Having a warm pool on site was a big bonus.
