I was in Sri Lanka for 47 days and this was our last accommodation. Without a doubt it was the best of all. Incredible the cleanliness and the modernity of the facilities I felt at home. You have an apartment for yourself with kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine and air conditioning, it's perfect! Thanks to the family in charge for everything and I hope you can continue with this since it is very pleasant to find these experiences and the breakfast is also 10/10. It may be a little far from Negombo but with pick me a tuk tuk makes everything easier.

So close to the airport and the free drop-off at 5am was excellent. Given a free Lion beer and cold water when I arrived. I felt very well looked after.

Beautiful location next to a river with lots of wildlife around. Beautiful grounds to walk alround with lots of interesting statues etc .Lovely clean pool and great food. The owners were friendly and helpful. Pool surrounded by coconut trees and you can watch as the fearless coconut man climbs a tree and shimmies across the ropes from one tree to another placing pots to collect the toddy. We were given drinks to try .. delicious the food was good too especially the coconut honey . Great place to relax away from everything . The cabin was huge with seating area inside and outside to watch the squirrels running around .

Best staff I have experienced. The guys were so friendly. They are amazing. The food and the spice route made this a 9+ experience. They deserve everything that is coming to them. Well done! It’s a basic accommodation but it’s very good for the price you pay. Me and my friend stayed after landing at the airport and before the departure we returned to the same place, very convenient. The location is great, close to the beach and some cafes, restaurants. Rooms are big with en-suite bathrooms and mosquito nets. The family owning the place is very friendly. They can also take go to the airport by Tuktuk. Overall, highly recommend.
